Info about the meet from ASA:
Our first fall league meet is coming up this Saturday at 9:00 am at Decatur. Below are a couple of reminders for the meet …Teams participating this week will be Briarmoor Manor, Decatur, Hampton Hall/Byrnwyck, Harmony on the Lakes, Gainsborough, Glastonberry, Leslie Beach Club, Polo, Twin Lakes and Woodfield.

- Concessions - Decatur will have chick-fil-a, drinks and other snacks. Parking will be available all along the streets. Teams can also park at St.Thomas Moore and walk over. Any areas with school system names on them will also be fine.
- Heat Sheets - Teams can print their own heat sheets, check in forms etc… for their own use at that point. We will not provide printed copies for teams at the meet, so please come prepared.
- Warmups/Meet Workers - Warmups will begin at 7:30 am. The warmup schedule will be as follows:

- I will print the needed lane timer sheets for the meet, I just need volunteers to time.
- Please have your volunteers report to the timing table by 8:30 am for a meeting.
- Bullpen - Teams will be responsible for bringing their swimmers directly to the blocks for each event when called. Please try to have them at the blocks about 2-3 events in advance of their event to allow us to keep things moving along.
