The linked form is to officially commit to participate in the ASA Championship meet at GATech on Fri, Jun26th at 4pm (warm ups around 3ish).  You only need to fill this out if you plan to participate!  The deadline to commit is THIS THURSDAY!

Please fill this out only if your child(ren) is participating in the ASA Championship at GATech on Fri, June 26th at 4pm.The cost to participate is $50 per swimmer - Harmony Hammerheads is covering some of that cost, we are asking families to pay $20 per swimmer. The pool is 10 feet deep all the way across, swimmers must be able to swim the entire length unassisted!
