Hammerheads!

I'm so excited we are doing Fall League!

The list of swimmers participating is attached.  We are still accepting registrations until Aug 8th - as you can see, we could use a couple more boys so go recruit your friends!!

There are 9 total teams - 6 of them do this every year and 3 of us are new to Fall League.  All teams participate in each meet.

All lanes/heats are scoring - heats are assigned by seed time. 

Individual events:

Points are earned by 1st-5th places, even if they aren't in heat 1.  Each team can enter up to 6 swimmers in each event, but each swimmer can only compete in 3 events.

Relays:

Points are earned by 1st-3rd places.  We will probably have several of our kiddos swimming in relays with older kids so we can have some teams - it's all just for fun so no stress!

Before each meet, you will need to "declare" your swimmer so Erin can make the line up - deadline for that will come out soon.  We will need to provide a few volunteers for each meet, more details as soon as I get them.

We should have our team shirts by the first meet.

If you didn't make it to practice this morning, please communicate with Erin about which practices your swimmer will attend - her plan will be different if only 4 kids are coming as opposed to all 18.  It's absolutely ok to not attend practice, just let her know.  She also set up a Remind group just for fall, please sign up:
