Parents,

Here’s some information from the Bridgemill Team:

The address is 1190 Bridge Mill Ave, Canton, GA 30114. There is ample parking, but it is a large pool and other members will be swimming in different parts of the pool. Park at the playground area if nothing is available, which is right next to the pool, but there should be plenty of room. The gate should be open, but if it is not, just say you're with the swim team and they'll buzz you in.

Swimmers may arrive after 5:00.

Parents are encouraged to bring their own chairs. There are also ledges to sit on, but no chairs should be placed on the deck at the near end of the pool, as that's where the swimmers line up. The far end of the pool is where the events will begin.

Bridgemill does not have blocks to dive from, however, swimmers can dive off the deck.

Bridgemill has a grill that sells concessions. They accept cash and credit cards. There is a no outside food/drink/cooler rule at our pool because they want you to buy concessions. However, we know that these kids snack A LOT, and our concession prices are steep. So we just ask that if you bring drinks and food, please conceal it upon entry and don't bring any large coolers. Here's a list of some of the things they sell:

There are other things I didn't list as well, but this is the majority. (some of these prices may have changed, this was the list from last year)

Warm up time for Hammerheads is 5:30-6:00. The rest of the pool is open and it may be tempting for many of them to swim while they're waiting for the meet to start. You may want to tell them ahead of time to stay in their bullpens after warmups so you don't have to scour the pool to find them. It can be a lengthy walk to wrangle.

There will probably be a Parent relay at half time – Coach Erin will communicate more information.

Barracudas are having an 80s theme night and Hammerheads are encouraged to participate!
