Hello Hammerhead Families! Just a heads up I will be opening the job sign-ups around NOON TOMORROW!

Since we have 3 home meets this season, the volunteer requirements are as follows:
*Families with one registered swimmer need to complete 5 shifts
*Families with two registered swimmers need to complete 6 shifts
*Families with three registered swimmers need to complete 7 shifts

***Shifts must be completed by an adult 18 years of age or older. This can be a parent, grandparent, or other family member or friend. Please do not send your child to complete your volunteer shift!

NEW THIS SEASON: When sign-ups open, go ahead and sign-up for all of your required shifts. If you have a flexible schedule, maybe wait a day or two to allow those who have specific time constraints to sign-up. Please be advised, you will not be able to wait until the last meet of the season or the banquet to get all your shifts in. If you do not sign-up for your required number of shifts by 5/28, we will ask you to go ahead and pay the opt out fee of $350, as it will appear your intent is to not volunteer. Everyone needs to volunteer as was agreed upon on the registration form!

To sign up for a Volunteer shift:

*Sign into Swimtopia
*Click the tab for Meets and Events
*Upcoming Events will be listed
*To the right of each event it will have a green box titled “job sign-up”
*Click the green job sign up box and it will show you all the available roles and you can sign-up from there.

Volunteer sign-ups will be closed the Sunday before each event…if you need to change your sign-up the week of (we know things come up like illness, etc) please send me a message directly so I can get the spot filled!
