Parents,

Our warm ups begin at 5:30, please have your child ready: events written on arm, already gone potty, goggles, no shoes or clothes

You may want to write their events on before you leave the house so they aren't wet/sweaty.

Swimmers do not need to check in, but if you have an emergency and won't be there in time for their first event, please text me 404-641-7045!

The concession stand accepts cash and venmo - swimmers in events #1-10 should eat a small snack before you leave home so they won't need to eat right before they jump in for relays!

There will be over 300 athletes but the pool is bigger so we should be done before 10pm.

Attached is a diagram of the Woodlands pool deck for your reference.

The parking diagram is attached as well.  Please carpool as much as possible! No parking in the roundabout and do NOT double park.

It might get cool tonight, especially if it's breezy, so bring something warm for your swimmers!
