Dear Hammerhead Parents,

The meets are now open for you to "declare" your swimmer(s).  Attached is a document with screenshots to help you through the process.  If you used SwimTopia last year, it's exactly the same!

As discussed at the parent meeting, it's imperative that you let us know whether your child will or will not be participating in each meet.  The deadline to declare is the Sunday before each meet (but go ahead and declare for all the meets now!); if you do not declare, your child will not be entered in any events.
